Do you love art, shopping, and live music? If so, then the First Friday Art Walk is just the event for you. Head to the Arts Council of Wayne County on April 5 from 6 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. to enjoy yourself. This is going to be a special First Friday Art Walk since along with the usual activities, there will be exhibit openings.
The Exhibitions
When you go to the Arts Council of Wayne County on April 5, you will get to see two new exhibitions. The fine arts students at Wayne Community College and the Wayne County Sr. Games will both feature exhibits. Be among the first in the area to see these exhibits by coming during the First Friday Art Walk.
You won’t just be looking at art either. The arts council will have wine and finger foods, and there will be live music. You’ll feel like you’re at a big-city art opening when you attend.

The Rest of First Friday
This is only a part of what you can expect at the First Friday Art Walk. Local businesses also stay open late and you can do some shopping. The Arts Council of Wayne County will have a map on hand, so you’ll know where to go during the event. Keep in mind that it can change from month to month, so get your map each time.
You’re going to see some gorgeous works of art when you attend the First Friday Art Walk. What if you could pick up a work of art of your own? No, not a painting. Think bigger, like a vehicle. Buicks and GMCs are works of art in their own right, so visit Doug Henry Buick GMC in Goldsboro, North Carolina, and take a look. You might not be able to hang your new vehicle on the wall, but it’ll look so nice in your garage.
